The Challenge

Rainier Center needed a cohesive identity that balanced clinical professionalism with a welcoming, wellness-focused atmosphere. The goal was to transition from a one-person practice to a recognized regional leader in mental health through a complete brand overhaul and aggressive digital expansion.

Strategy & Execution

1. Brand Identity & Design

I led the visual transformation of Rainier Center, ensuring the brand reflected "calm, trust, and growth."

  • Visual Language: Designed a new logo, color palette, and typography suite.

  • Collateral: Created all physical and digital touchpoints, from patient intake forms to environmental signage.

2. Digital Presence: Website & Social Media

I managed the end-to-end digital footprint, focusing on user experience (UX) for patients in crisis or seeking help.

  • Website Optimization: Full redesign focusing on mobile responsiveness and SEO-rich educational content.

  • Social Strategy: Curated a multi-platform presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook) focused on mental health advocacy and provider spotlights.

3. Awareness & Community Engagement

Beyond the screen, I spearheaded community-level marketing to build local trust.

  • Event Marketing: Participated in in-person and virtual networking events and organized sponsorships with local wellness and mental health-based companies, such as the Break Free Foundation.

  • Outreach: Developed an efficient referral program to increase patient B2B leads.

The Results: By the Numbers

I led a data-driven strategy that resulted in explosive growth across all platforms. Comparing my tenure to the previous period, we achieved:

  • Total Brand Impressions: 242,135 (a staggering 28,186% increase).

  • Total Engagements: 18,207 interactions (up 7,920%).

  • Community Growth: Increased the total audience to 1,075 followers, a 1,890% increase in brand reach.

  • Content Volume: Scaled content production by 2,761%, publishing 372 posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
